- First, our experts perform a career overview with the candidate;
- Next, the candidate goes through a series of psychometric tests. They are selected specifically for your company and the profile of the job;
- The day ends with an in-basket exercise.
A complete report is presented, which includes recommendations for the hiring of the candidates.
